Our niece Renee came to visit last weekend. We had a great time. The weekend started out with a trip to the grocery store, which was celebrating it's 2nd birthday. Renee got her face painted, a hot dog and popcorn, and a balloon. It was a great time.That night Uncle Shaun joined us for dinner at Friendly's and then we went to see HORTON HEARS A WHO. It was very funny and Renee loved it.
The next day Renee and Aunt Shawnna made sugar cookies - pink, green, orange and brown ones! That afternoon Uncle Shaun gave Renee a tennis lesson - she did great and proclaimed it was her favorite part of the weekend. After the tennis lesson we went snowshoeing. Renee did such a great job - when even raced and she was awesome on them!
The next morning was St. Patrick's day so we made green packcakes - with chocolate chips!
All in all, it was a great weekend and we had a great time. :)
